To locate parts on a pallet, I installed an IFM IFS211 sensor onto an ABB IRB140 robot. For mounting the sensor, I used a toolchangerplate P0208-018 from RobotSystemProducts that was screwed into place. The 3D printed mount, designed with MakerWare's medium profile, had an infill of 15%, three shells, a layer height of 0.2mm, and extruder/transport speeds of 60mm/s and 150mm/s respectively.
