Sensibo (www.sensibo.com) pods control wall mount air conditioners using remote IR signals from a pod mounted nearby. The pods transmit via multiple IR emitting LEDs pointed in all directions, making them highly effective even when placed in proximity to other AC units. This mask is especially useful for cases where two separate ACs are being controlled by separate pods in close quarters. Simply print the cover and slip it onto your pod, then adjust the window towards the unit you want to receive IR signals from. Print Settings: Printer: Rapide LITE 200 XL Rafts: No Supports: Yes Infill: 100% Notes: I printed with 100% infill using black PLA, which gave great results for air conditioners in adjacent rooms that were responding to reflected signals. The model is not perfect and requires support for a floating rim, but it worked well with my printer - your mileage may vary. A rim helps lock the print to the Sensibo unit.
