Do you struggle with a 3D Systems Sense scanner, finding it difficult to use? You are not alone. Using a Sense 3D scanner demands too many hands. To operate it, you must hold your laptop and the scanner simultaneously, making fast and accurate 3D scanning a challenging task. I've designed a custom casing with clips that makes the scanner much more compact and allows it to clip securely onto your laptop. Now you only need to hold your laptop while the 3D scanner remains firmly fixed in place. 3D scanning has become incredibly easy. You can print this casing without supports, then assemble it using four countersunk M3 x 8mm screws and two screws salvaged from the original Sense casing. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 25-100% Notes: Printing in ABS allows you to attach clips with acetone instead of screws (or both).
