◾ Designed, manufactured, and tested a pallet that could safely hold and orient seven Sensata Sensors by using technologies such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, and the machine shop◾ Pallet satisfied design requirements to support 225 lbs while deforming less than 0.1 in, and having less than 0.02 in of residual deflection once unloaded ◾ Presented a professional memo to Sensata explaining design choices and optimization of pallet properties (low cost, lightweight, no deformation)
