My Case for the Sennheiser HD 4.4 Headphones. You'll have to figure out which other headphones fit, but this design should work well for them too. The three parts can be printed without support material, and when assembled, they meet at a sturdy edge. The hinge is attached to the bottom part using four M3 screws that measure between 10-16mm in length. For added security, two or four round magnets measuring 10x5mm are recommended; four neodymium magnets provide an extremely secure lock, while two suffice. Parts required: - 2-4 round magnets, 5x10mm in size - Four M3 screws, 10-15mm long - Two M3 screws, 15-20mm long
