Sennheiser HD 201 Bluetooth Headset
thingiverse
Took apart a low-cost Bluetooth Headset, built a case for the components and fastened it to the Sennheiser HD201. I feel pretty proud of myself! Instructions You'll need: Sennheiser HD 201 Headphones (http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-500155-HD-201-Headphones/dp/B0007XJSQC/) Cheap Bluetooth Headset (http://www.amazon.com/Vehicle-Monitor-Speaker-System-FM/) A soldering iron, screwdrivers, a small drill and some glue by my side. Tear apart the Sennheiser Headphones, rewire them like this tutorial. However, don't solder the wires to a plug. Instead, solder them directly onto the circuit board of the Bluetooth Headset which you should also take apart. (http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-modify-a-2-sided-wire-headphone-to-1-sided/) Secure the bottom part with 2 screws on the frame. Then feed the wires through and start soldering everything together. Attach the top part with the buttons and screw it back in place. That's it!
