Power button for handheld Sennheiser EW100 G2 Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Wilson II Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 0% Notes: .5 MM nozzle, printed with ABS Bed 90F Nozzle 230 Sliced with Cura Sized to 0.025 to make width 6.75MM Printed First layer 100% flow then dialed back to 95% Top/Bottom layers at 4 Bottom layer speed 10 All other speeds set to 15 Post-Printing Sizing of the diameter will be somewhat critical. There is a recess in the base that the button needs to fit into perfectly. Adjust the sizing accordingly, as needed. The hole in the bottom may need to be thoroughly cleaned out. If there's any bulk inside, the button won't function correctly. The height is slightly taller than the stock button, which just clears the end cap. You may need to adjust the sizing if it hits the cap. How I Designed This Used Sketchup Didn't spend much time trying to get the model exactly right in size. Just resized it quickly in Cura.
