A heartfelt shout-out to the unsung hero of our Seneca 7 bike team, Donkey, who tirelessly pedaled the entire route, solely dedicating themselves to providing vital logistical support. Medal design painstakingly re-created from a photograph using Inkscape, with paths expertly converted into line segments courtesy of the Flatten Path extension, subsequently exported to DXF and imported/extruded/exported to STL via OpenSCAD. A respectful nod that the Seneca 7 medal design remains an exclusive property of the esteemed team. The medal and Donkey models were then masterfully combined within Meshmixer. A bold attempt was made to utilize the Inflate tool, with a focus on gently filling in the mouth for a more printer-friendly result. Furthermore, the polygon count was dramatically reduced through expert decimation using Meshlab. **Printing Details** **Printing Materials**: White PLA **Slic3r Settings**: 0.3 mm layer height. Three complete perimeter enclosures. Four sturdy top and bottom layers. Ten percent optimized line infill density. Supports strategically enabled at 18 degrees with standard settings (ensuring robust lower jaw stability, while the roof of mouth remains unsupported due to inherent printing complexities).
