Semirigid Face Mask + How To Make Active Filter
thingiverse
You can make an active filter by following the instructions at https://imgur.com/gallery/l01Za8E. If this is not possible, using napkins as a substitute is also an option. This is not a direct replacement for an N95 mask. Instead, it is a simple mask designed to allow users who are healthy to walk around while wearing a folded paper napkin as a filter. The primary goal of this mask is to ensure that N95 masks are available to healthcare personnel who truly need them. By using this simpler mask, you can reduce the risk of contracting illnesses and prevent the spread of germs. This mask will also help you avoid touching your lower face and block aerosol and droplet particles from entering your mouth and nose. To use it effectively, simply breathe normally and adjust its size to fit comfortably on your face. If you prefer a cooling breeze while wearing the mask, there is an adapter available for a 50mm blower. This can be easily installed to enhance your overall experience. The mask has been tested on various printers, including the Solidoodle 3 and Monoprice dual extruder, using PLA as the printing material.
