Semi-Tube Slingshot Muscle Trainer For slingshot shooting, muscle strength is crucial to achieve power and precision. Every day, there should be a training session to build up and keep muscles that draw and pinch ammo in place. Not everyone has the opportunity to shoot real-life ammo on a daily basis. To replicate the feeling of the 'real thing', I came up with a slingshot training session without emissions or noise: One strip of 12.5 cm Thera-Band fits snugly around a single fork cone. A tight knot at one end mimics the feel of ammo in your hand. I prefer using Thera-Band Black, but the blue color in the photo is used for better contrast. Of course, you don't let go! Stretch and relax as many times as you want or can manage. If the knot slips out of your grip, it will hit the single 'fork' arm with a sudden bang but no pain or danger involved. To create this setup, make a knot at one end and pull it tight (I recommend using Talcum powder). Then wrap the other end around the fork cone with 5 mm overlap. Next, wrap a small office rubber closed loop with maximum force - about four to six times. SAFETY: Always wear safety glasses while training, as rubber can be unpredictable! Have fun and experience muscle pain!
