The original 3D file is now available for download. * Parameters: * [Width, Length, Height] determines the box's size * [div_w, div_l] determines the division of the box * As I failed to figure out the conditional parameter, so the division must be greater than or equal to 2 * Wall_Thick is the thickness * The example print that's shown in the picture used 1.2, I cracked it on the first drop on the ground (now UV glued), you can add if you want the box tougher * top_ring_Height is the height of the cover's ring * Close latching mechanism not designed at this point * Using the friction that layer imperfection produces to stay close, so the height shouldn't be too little * The ring shouldn't be too long as it's not compensated for the circular motion around the hinge * fit_tolerance is the tolerance of the gap fitting * [screw_tolerance, screw_d] * Not favored, but still can change according to your printer * Standard part needed: (if you didn't change the screw param) * M3 x >= 10 screw x 2 * Self tightening nut x 2 (or you can use 4 normal nuts and tighten 2 against each other) Future possible improvements: * Latching mechanism * Fully customizable grid (might be not possible for me to do in f3d, may switch to OScad) * Joint that doesn't require standard parts.
