Introducing a unique paper towel holder concept for UMBRA's challenge, designed with an innovative unrolling and tearing mechanism to dispense exactly the required amount of paper towel. The design allows for versatility by adjusting gear ratios or resizing components. A prototype showcases a user-friendly feature where the cover can be gently lowered to release one, two, or three sheets at once, automatically returning to its original position due to a spring mechanism. This ensures that hands remain clean and dry while using, and paper tearing is always precise, avoiding untidy edges. Customization options include matching the holder with home decor and wallpaper. The design accommodates both vertical and horizontal positions, as well as corner mounting for optimal space utilization. Additional features include an integrated air freshener spray dispenser and a glass holder within the stand, enhancing its functionality and appeal.
