To adapt the original design to a 120x120 build area, use 1/4" dowels for assembly and sand parts for a snug fit. Dowel holes should be drilled to 1/4", while other holes need to be 17/64". For the ratchet wheel issues, try this derivative: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:39464. Superglue works well for attaching the barrel with minimal sanding required. Best of luck!
