This is a levelling knob which can be placed on top of the thumbscrews and makes it easier to manual level the printer-bed. It's designed to perfectly fit on the Selpic Star A mini 3D-printer and the identical in construction Labists SX1. Additionally it has a visible inscription for the direction you need to turn the wheel, so you never turn it the wrong way in the future ;)
