This is a straightforward design for standard sellotape dispensers. You'll need 1 x TapeOuter and 2 x TapeInner components. The inners are easy to install, simply push them into the middle section. The inner's polygon shape provides sufficient friction to secure the outer part without making it difficult to insert. I used Cura 15 for slicing and printed on an Ender 2, requiring no support structures.
