Selgar, the Enujan Enforcer

This character is from an ancient story I penned many years ago. Selgar was a dolphin with human-like qualities, hailing from the Islands of Enuj, where he worked as a law enforcement affiliate. He also wields a spear and possesses incredible hydrokinetic powers. Apparently, my imagination was in top form back then. I apologize if the exterior of the tube keeps obstructing your view.
