The design is truly impressive, effectively mitigating most of the wobble caused by the original couplers that I struggled to center properly. The 8mm top threads proved too tall for my printer, which has a Z Wobble feature attached. Consequently, I had to shorten both the coupler and the 8mm nut to reduce their height. With these adjustments, everything works flawlessly now. The 5mm nut is taken directly from the original design. Print Settings Printer: Geeetech Full Metal Aluminum Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: I increased the infill to 100% in order to make the part as strong as possible, given that the original tended to break at the joint when printed. PLA was used for printing. Custom Section Netfabb Basic was utilized to slice the 8mm nut and the main coupler in the 8mm section.
