Attached are all files needed to create your own self-watering planter for small plants. Simply place one piece of cotton rope in a U-shape with both ends in the upper container. Fill the upper container with dirt and your plant, then fill the lower chamber with water. To make a casting with concrete, all files are ready to be sliced as is. The only two objects that need to be sliced specifically are the inner pieces on both objects. Print them with larger faces up using spiral vase mode. A smaller layer height will result in better results. When the mold is complete, you can easily tear out the inner pieces. All other parts can be printed with 2 walls on the side and 4 top and bottom. Use a 15% infill to ensure stability. Once assembled, tape up the plates to both the inner and outer pieces. Pour in concrete and split the mold when the curing process is complete. Drill two holes like the top positive, approximately 8-10mm in size. Instead of using cotton rope, you can use shoe laces as a substitute. Simply measure the width and adjust the hole sizes accordingly by about 1mm.
