Self Watering Planter

This is a straightforward two-part self-watering planter system. Insert a length of 1/4 inch cotton/nylon rope into the two holes at the bottom of the pot to form a loop. (The rope should be long enough to deliver moisture to the soil just below the existing roots of the plant, and extend out of the bottom by at least 2 inches into the base piece.) Fill the planter with soil and add a succulent plant. Seal the inside of the base with a piece of cling-film, then fill it with water. Place the planter onto the base and start enjoying! (Refill the water in the base every week or two by using the spout on the back.)
