Self-Watering Planter, Coffee-cup sized
thingiverse
Perfect for a desktop or window-side perch, this planter lets your herbs and greenery keep sipping water from a reservoir at the base without ever feeling stressed by wet-dry cycles over time. The inner sleeve comes out effortlessly, and the sleek integrated spout makes it easy to add water as needed, check the level at any moment, or pour out old water for cleaning. I've managed to take full advantage of all the production benefits offered by 3D printing, using generous curves and filets wherever possible - features that would be far too pricey to achieve on a clay or metal planter made with traditional methods. This design is dedicated to the public domain, so feel free to use it however you like, including selling it commercially.
