Self Watering Plant Pot

Self Watering Plant Pot

myminifactory

This innovative design combines a self-watering plant pot with an integrated fish bowl. The structure features two separate containers: one for the plant and another for the aquatic habitat. When the plant requires water, its roots draw it from the soil, which triggers a wick to absorb the liquid and transport it into the adjacent tank. From there, the water is absorbed by the root system, promoting healthy growth. Adding fish to the tank is optional but can significantly enhance the ecosystem's overall well-being. This unique design has been recognized for its potential to support life on land and contribute to sustainable development, aligning with 13 of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. The creation was brought to life by Dhruv Nair and Mathew Tan.
