When both parts are printed, use a hairdryer, heat gun, or another heat source to make the base flexible. Then, put the pot into it and move it around to ensure a snug fit between the pot and the base. A well-crafted planter is one that balances size with stability, so choose a plant that won't topple over the pot. The models can be easily scaled up or down to accommodate different plants and varying sizes. After printing both parts, fill the base about one-third with water, then carefully place the plant pot into it.
