Planetary gear printed as a single piece utilizes herringbone tooth profile to maintain gear alignment. Sun gear has 12 teeth, while the planets also have 12 teeth each. The ring gear boasts 36 teeth. This print was accomplished using ABS material and a 1.0mm nozzle at a 0.5mm layer height. Smaller settings could potentially be used as well.
