Self scanned hand

Self scanned hand

sketchfab

Test of self-scanning moving object using a stationary camera. The green dot represents the camera's position. This sparse model was created without attempting to achieve a proper mesh, as it would have required more images, particularly on top of the hand. To capture these images, I had to move my hand while holding the camera, making it impractical to obtain all angles. One limitation of this method is the absence of masking input in openMVS, resulting in a very messy point cloud and mesh. Obtaining more images might resolve this issue, but that will be addressed at a later time.
