Welcome to my Free Operating System and French - I've named it Self OS. Self OS 16.04, crafted in France! Based on the Ubuntu distribution and the LXDE environment (Lubuntu), I've designed this operating system to work seamlessly on both new and old computers, delivering a light, portable, and fast experience. In addition to the pre-installed software, this distribution allows you to: Browse the web with Firefox at your fingertips. Use Abiword and Gnumeric, lightweight alternatives to Libreoffice that get the job done efficiently. Enjoy your favorite music with Audacious or watch videos with Gnome-Mplayer, all with ease and convenience. You can also create 3D objects with Cura and Pronterface (pre-configured for a DiscoEasy200 printer from DAGOMA), simply plug in your printer and print your designs. Model your 3D creations with Blender, complete with an export module for 3D printing. Vector with Inkscape or draw with librecad, a free alternative to AUTOCAD that's both powerful and accessible.
