I create this project because buying a mask to protect myself from COVID-19 is not feasible right now. So, I take on the challenge of making one on my own and design it with interchangeable filters. To get started, you'll need to print out the Mould first and then assemble it with the "Mould_template", which will require laser cutting before you can proceed. Next, use a vacuum machine to shape the EVA foam into its final form, carefully following the marked cutting lines. The Intake and Exhaust parts will require several M2x6 dish head screws for assembly. The Valve part of the Exhaust is crafted using laser-cut 1mm EVA, ensuring that all airflow comes in through the Intake portion. I'm still actively working on this project and creating documentation.
