This is a two-level belt clamp specifically designed for my CoreXY 3D printer project. It's fully printable without any support material required, features self-locking functionality, and ensures belts remain in place regardless of the tension applied. No unsightly zip ties are necessary. In my design, I'm utilizing F608ZZ bearings on the X-axis, which have a diameter of 22 mm. The clamp itself is also 22 mm wide, guaranteeing that the belts always stay parallel to the X-axis. Although it was initially designed for 9 mm wide belts, it's easily adaptable for 6 mm belts. To secure this clamp onto the extruder carriage, I'm using two #6 screws. While these screws could be used to fine-tune belt tension, I prefer adjusting it individually at the motor mounts instead.
