Self-locking apnea pulley

Amateur freediver, an instructor of the club suggested me to make a self-locking pulley for freediver. It allows to lower the rope to the desired length and to raise it easily. Designed for a 10mm line. Printing in ABS 100% the body is in two parts interlocking, the two pulleys are in ABS 40%. The printing is done without support. The stop is in aluminium (dxf file) machined with a water jet cutter (possibility of machining it in CNC).
