Individuals with paralysis or other mobility issues who struggle to drink water on their own can benefit from this assistive device. It allows them to drink without having to move, relying solely on head movements to operate the cup holder attached to the bed railing and drinking holder. To ensure that both the cup holder and drinking holder can be securely fixed in place using clips, a base plate is being 3D printed. This will prevent the straw from moving during use, which could make it difficult to drink again in the future. A straw holder has also been created to keep the straw stationary.
