
Self Balancing Robot Project (work in progress)

I embarked on this project just recently, and as of now, there is still no comprehensive design in place. My intention is to craft a self-balancing robot that can be controlled remotely at first, with the possibility of adding computer vision later to enable it to execute some autonomous routines. Up until this point, I have utilized: 2x 17HS4401 Stepper Motor, 2x 1/8 Buggy Wheel, 8x M3x6 Hex Screw, and 4x M3x8 Hex Screw. I am also considering the use of: Arduino Nano or STM32 controller for stabilization and motor control, MPU-9250 gyroscope + accelerometer + magnetic field sensor, A4988 Stepper Motor Driver, Raspberry Pi + Camera - main brain component, and LiPo accumulator.
