Each fragment represents a unit of the capsid, and the shaking represents Brownian motions - random motion of the particles in a liquid or gas, which is the result of collision between the atoms. Each piece has two magnetos (magnets) on each side, and each side has two magnets with opposing poles: one positive and one negative.
