This is a small watch part that frequently deteriorates over time due to age. It demands a high-resolution printer to produce a good-quality part, but a mid-range extruder printer will likely create a functional part, even if it's not the most aesthetically pleasing one. I strongly advise using a twin-extruder printer capable of printing PVA supports and achieving a resolution better than 0.1mm. The image shows a part printed at 0.06mm resolution. I've extended the post for the battery contact to make room for heat-staking it in place using a soldering iron, which compresses the top of the post.
