Sego Canyon boasts three distinct styles of rock art: Fremont, Ute and Barrier-style. A well-preserved ghost town and the remnants of a coal mine are situated nearby. Travelers are urged to schedule at least half a day to explore this fascinating area. DIRECTIONS TO SITE: How To Get There: To access the rock art panels, take Exit 187 off I-70, proceed on State Highway 94 through Thompson, and continue driving approximately three miles to Sego Canyon.
