Segmented spindle and mill for Mascall Mill

Our printer was simply not large enough to print the spindle and mill portion of the Mascall Mill, so we decided to break it down into smaller segments and design a paddle tube that could accommodate printed paddles. The paddles can easily be friction fitted into the paddle tube, while the spindle needs to be glued together for stability. You will still need to download and print the [Hook](https://www.thingiverse.com/download:4663879) and [Spindle Bushing](https://www.thingiverse.com/download:4663876) from the [parent object](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2801387/#files).
