The Rhea and Phoebe are SD card adapters that replace the failing disc drives in Sega Saturn consoles. These devices leave a large space open inside the console, making it easy to accidentally drop your SD card inside and force you to disassemble it to get the card back. This SD card Tray is designed to fit around the Rhea or Phoebe device and seal off the inside of the console, making it impossible to drop your SD card inside through an open lid. This is a new version of my original Rhea/Phoebe Tray: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1546926, addressing some fitment issues that tray had with certain consoles. There are two STL files - one is the "base" that should be installed below the Rhea or Phoebe device, and the other is the "shield," which sits on top of the device and fits securely into the top of the Sega Saturn case. Fitment has been tested on VA0 and VA1 console revisions with a Rehea version 3.1. Other consoles and Rhea/Phoebe versions should work since they're dimensionally similar, but if you use this file, I'd appreciate a comment confirming fitment on other revisions. Print Settings: Supports: Yes Notes: One small support for the cut-out in the center of the "shield" piece may be necessary. The "base" piece doesn't require any supports. Post-Printing: If you've already installed a Rhea or Phoebe device in your Sega Saturn, installation using the pics above should be self-explanatory. There's an optional screw hole that allows for inserting a single screw from the bottom (as shown in the pictures). It's designed to use a screw similar in size to those that hold the Saturn Case together - small enough to fit through the hole in the base and the PCB but thread into the shield. This is not necessary, as everything should fit securely without it.
