Sega Net City Arcade Cabinet Bolt Cover

Sega Net City Arcade Cabinet Bolt Cover

thingiverse

This print is intended for a replacement bolt/screw cover on a Sega Net City or Naomi Universal arcade machine. If you have worked with these machines previously, you'll be aware that these covers often break or become lost. The internal dimensions are not perfectly exact but the external dimensions appear to fit my machine precisely. Pictures compare it to an original bolt cover and show it installed on a machine. Print Settings Printer: Rigidbot Rafts: No Supports: Yes Notes: I designed the flat "decorative" side of the model slightly smaller so that with a heated bed, the elephant foot effect would bring it to its desired final dimensions. Similarly, printing on a heated smooth surface such as glass or aluminum, or kapton tape is recommended for this reason. This is the preferred printing side as well. I utilized supports from build platform to prevent the clip from sagging due to the major overhang's angle, and because of this, it did not require any additional support.
