After designing the original Sonic & Knuckles protective cover and making it too big, I had to make some adjustments to get it just right. This one has a 1.2 mm wall thickness and was resized to fit snugly in the box without any friction or play. The Sonic & Knuckles text was removed, so this design can be used for all MD/Genesis(/and possibly even 32X) boxes. I also took out the holes from the back side and spine, probably just to showcase the transparent material's features, but it looks great anyway and didn't add much time to the printing process due to the shallower walls.
