UPDATE - As requested, added SD card holder tray with slight modifications. There must be some variation in the GD-EMU board that I have, as the original tray was too high, causing it to sit at an angle on the mainboard, preventing a good connection. I've adjusted this to lower it by 1.5mm and now the board sits perfectly level. To compensate for the difference, the shield has also been adjusted. Only the tray without SD card holders was altered. I'm happy to make adjustments to the others if there's enough interest.
