This is my complete rehaul of SeeMeCNC's EZ Struder, specifically crafted to boast a shorter filament path near the drive rollers, a precision inlet guide, and the merger of three separate molded parts from the original into a 2-part assembly. The redesign drew its origins from the manufacturer's authentic STL files on github.com/seemecnc. In addition, another set of files has been uploaded that is specifically compatible with E3D bowden style adapters. Access this upgraded component at e3d-online.com/E3D-v6/Spares/Bowden-Adaptor-1.75mm-Filament. Essentially a modified iteration of the previous model minus approximately 1mm, this redesign is custom-fit to accommodate snugly the dimensions of that particular groove mount. New base plates have been uploaded in response to user feedback regarding broken spring perches during printing processes. As a preventive measure, a gusset was added to both revised parts (as depicted in the accompanying photo). Version 3 files are now live, introducing enhanced rotational capability on the tension lever for squishing even flexible filaments. I am pleased to announce that I have successfully printed full-length NinjaFlex with this revised extruder body!
