SeeMeCNC Eris Delta Top Spool Holder
thingiverse
This is a custom spool system I designed to replace the unreliable side-spooler that comes with the SeeMeCNC ERIS Delta RTP printer. To build this system, you'll need to print the following parts: 2 x 52mm Spool Adapter 1 x Clamp-on Bowden Tube Keeper 1 x Filament Spool Rod 1 x set of spool spacers 1 x Spool Top Mount 1 x filament cleaner 1 x spool rod clip You'll also need to purchase: 18" 1.75mm ID 4mm OD Bowden Tube The assembly process is straightforward, but if you encounter any issues, feel free to ask for help in the comments. Print Settings: Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer Model: Rostock MAX BYOE Raftless Printing: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill Density: 50% Important Notes: You can get away with printing the spacers at 20% infill, but the rest of the parts should be printed in at least 50% infill for optimal strength. If your printer's dimensional accuracy is off, you might need to ream out the bowden keeper to fit the 4mm OD tube.
