SeeMeCNC CheapSkate Duet3D Smart Effector Carriage Adapter Shim
thingiverse
Allows you to connect Duet3D's Smart Effector Carriage Adapters to SeeMeCNC's Cheapskate Carriages Either 3D print with 100% fill or laser cut it using 2.9mm Acrylic You will also have to cut or melt little holes in the cheapskate because Haydn Huntley's Magballs are a little too long. About 1.5 mm will do. I used a small heated allan key in a vise grip to melt the holes and trimmed off the blobs with an xacto knife. WARNING for SeeMeCNC Rostock Users: make sure each end stop screw (x3) are able to make contact with the endstop switches by hand first before homing. I found that in my case, the carriage adapter PCB was a little too tall and would hit the tower bracket tab and prevented switches from triggering. No problem, just use longer screws or just back off the adjustment screw until its tall enough to trigger the endstop switch.
