Seej penny ballista remix

I redesigned the Seej ballista by adding a T-slot for the arrow nock instead of the original channel, which should solve the issue of keeping the penny level. The nock was altered to suit the new slot, but the keys remain unchanged. I haven't printed it out yet to test the fit, though.
