You need to download separately a pcb enclosure library and a GROVE-RJ45 enclosure. The links for both libraries are http://wiki.seeed.cc/Seeeduino_Lotus/ and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2684696. The import of the geometry from the Eagle file is not very good, as you will see with module SEEEDUINO_LOTUS_pcb, but it should be sufficient to print the box. SEEEDUINO_LOTUS_with_RJ45_enclosure() combines a SEEEDUINO LOTUS enclosure with 3 GROVE-RJ45 enclosures and holes in the walls for grove cable paths. I have not yet printed this thing with this version of the source code, but I have printed it last year before the refactoring of the pcb enclosure library at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2684387.
