A little two piece planter I designed to help facilitate the movement of seedlings into larger planters for better root development. Plenty of holes on the inner ring for proper drainage and larger holes in the outer planter to assist. When the seedlings are ready to be moved, simply allow the soil to dry just a little so that it pulls away from the inner ring a bit, remove the outer ring and sit the plant into the transplanting container, preferably with a lining of mycorrhizae, then gently push the seedling down while pulling the ring up to plant perfectly, then backfill for support. If used properly, transplants are a breeze. It is very important that the seedling is removed before it grows through the pot, to minimize damage during transplanting. the whole idea is to get it out of this pot easily, excessive growth defeats the purpose of this pot. Good luck and happy gardening. Stay Kind.
