Seedling or Clone humidity dome
thingiverse
I Made a humidity dome for my seedlings and clones using an old two-liter bottle. The design allows me to fit a rooting cube and some soil around it, giving the roots a chance to establish before transplanting into a final pot. To create this setup, I simply cut the bottle at the transition point between the funnel and body. This way, I can use both halves of the bottle depending on the size of my clone or seedling. If I attach the side with the bottle top, I can easily release excess humidity without removing the dome from the pot. So far, this method has worked well for me using bottles from Coke and Dr. Pepper brands. The dimensions are based on the label portion of the standard two-liter bottle design, which seems to be consistent across most manufacturers.
