I'm absolutely crazy about growing avocados, but whenever they reach that perfect cup-of-water stage, I always seem to forget to give them a drink. So, I came up with this genius little seat for the avocado seeds, where they can just chill and watch their roots grow downwards into a fish tank or any other container filled with water. And let me tell you, using a fish tank is an absolute game-changer - my plants are thriving because the fish produce loads of nitrogen, which is exactly what they need to grow strong and healthy. I'm convinced that the nitrogen levels produced by my little aquatic friends are providing all the nutrients my young trees need to reach adulthood without even setting foot in dirt. This clever little contraption fits perfectly over the edge of any standard aquarium, keeping the seeds safely submerged just below the waterline.
