See.Sense ACE Rear Bike Rack Mount (16mm diameter)
prusaprinters
This is a remix of a remix I originally did of the See.sense Ace seatpost mount by WilberX. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3281801 I recently got a dropper post on my gravel bike that will not allow me to use the seat post to mount my light since it is fully "slammed" when I have my seat in lowest position. This will allow a See Sense ACE to go on the back of a bike rack with a 16 mm diameter round tube rail that has a center hole that is about 6 mm diameter, using an m5 nut and a 25mm m5 bolt. It also features the same cut out at the top so that the light may be charged while still mounted on the bike. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 Infill: 20 Filament: Inland PETG Notes: On my Ender 3 Pro, it fits better with a 1% scale increase. Just to make sure, I did supports to build plate. How I Designed This =================== Designed by modifying original design on Tinkercad I modified the original See.sense Ace Searpost mount using Tinkercad by separating the front and back sections into 2 pieces. I discarded the rear piece that you would attach to the seat post. I attached a rectangle to the back middle, then I removed half a cylinder to accommodate the rack. I flipped it over and added the screw hole with the counter sink for the screw head. Category: Sport & Outdoors
