See-Saw Ladder

See-Saw Ladder

thingiverse

I made a See-Saw Ladder which rests on top of Mouse Tube Connectors. This build consists of 4 pieces, including two duplicate prints of the See-Saw Mount piece. To minimize printing issues, I positioned clearance holes for drill rods to fit smoothly into 5.5mm drill bits. For an extra smooth see saw movement, it is advised to run a drill bit through each hole after assembly. After successfully testing the design with printed components, everything worked without a hitch. I attached the supports' brackets to their designated locations using 4 short screws. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: None required due to its slim profile except for minor adjustments below the ladder rungs Resolution: Medium Quality at 0.2mm Infill Density: Optimal, 10% to allow some structural support without compromising on build speed. Notes for successful print jobs: The Ladder piece alone may require very small supports under each rung but can easily be removed after printing while the entire print laid flat without any major setbacks or misalignments during removal.
