Security Cam Night vision upgrade
thingiverse
1/26/19 - Currently producing and integrating LEDs. Printing upside down poses no problem. I am printing one now. **Vital Note: Print Face Down! The model is displayed face up here for visibility, but it is designed to be printed face down so support is unnecessary. This design is an original part, not a remix per se. It's an add-on upgrade for the Raspberry Pi Zero W security Camera. Initially, I intended to create my own housing for a security camera, but the Raspberry Pi Zero W security Camera proved so effective that I decided against it. However, its single IR emitter for night vision works adequately in small indoor spaces, but I wanted more for an outdoor cam. You can enhance it by installing 7 x 5mm IR emitters and 1 light sensor. Connect them to the back, then route the wiring through the holes originally designed for the single emitter and sensor. Utilize longer screws to attach the IR adapter to the front piece and secure the parts together.
