Secure-Lock, Bushing Hornady

This is a Custom Lock Bushing I designed for my Hornady LNL AP reloading press. If you have multiple calibers, buying separate secure locks for each set of dies can be extremely frustrating. So here's a solution: a printed one that holds the dies firmly and securely. To use this bushing, simply print it at 0.1mm resolution due to its threaded design, and screw in your dies. Print with the wider part facing down. Important note: You may need to trim a small amount of material from the beginning of the threads after the first printing layer. If you do this carefully, you should be able to screw in your dies without any issues. Adding a rubber ring to the bushing will give it even better grip and make it more durable. You can also cut the bushing to length as needed, which works surprisingly well. For example, I recommend using Ebelin hair bands made of silicone, available at DM.de.
